Our Group Classes

We have a range of classes to suit a range of different fitness levels and goals.

A high-intensity class focused on boxing drills, pad work, bag work, and conditioning exercises to improve fitness, coordination, and overall endurance while delivering a fun and engaging workout.

Boxing

 A low intensity relaxing flow class focused on improving flexibility, movement, and recovery through full body stretching and mobility exercises. Yoga mat or towel needed.

Stretch

A full-body workout moving through different stations, either in groups or solo. Each class is unique, focusing on strength, endurance, and cardio. Incorporating rowers, air bikes, and tree weight exercises this class is adaptable for all fitness levels.

Circuit

This class uses barbells, dumbbells, & bodyweight exercises to work for all major muscle groups with varied reps and weights. It's designed to build strength, lean muscle, & improve overall endurance. Scalable for every strength level it's a convenient way to fit a full body weighted workout in one session.

Tone

A low-impact class focused on strengthening your core, improving flexibility, and toning muscles. Mat-based pilates uses bodyweight exercises to target the core, glutes, and legs. With plenty of variation, it's scalable for all levels and is perfect for building stability, control, and strength.

Mat Pilates

A high intensity interval and conditioning class focused on improving cardiovascular fitness and muscular endurance through a mix of bodyweight and free weight compound exercises paired with rowers and air bikes.
