1. Promotion
Entrants that do not currently hold a membership with X-Road Fitness will be eligible to win one: 6-month membership. Entrants that do currently hold a membership with X-Road Fitness will be eligible to win one: 6-month membership or $500 cash. Promotional period: to end on the 17th July 2026.

2.1 The Promoter of the Competition is X-Road Fitness
3. Duration
3.1 The Competition will run from the published start date 15th June 2026 and will end on the published closing date 17th July 2026. X-Road Fitness will not change the Closing Date unless circumstances outside its reasonable control make it unavoidable.

4. Who Can Enter
4.1 The competition is only open to entrants who follow, like, tag and comment on either X-Road Fitness Facebook or Instagram Post advertising the competition. Entrants must be 16 years and older. Must live or work locally.
4.2 The Competition is not open to employees of X-Road Fitness or any Partner, or any of their wholly owned subsidiaries or any marketing services agency, service provider or other person involved directly with the administration of the Competition, or any member of their households.
5. How to Enter
5.1 Entry is a follow, like, tag and comment on either the Facebook or Instagram posts. Only 1 x entry is permitted per person for this campaign offer.
6. Validity of Entry
6.1 Unless otherwise specified in the published details of the Competition, there is a limit of one entry per person.
7. How the winners Will Be Chosen and Draw
7.1 The winner will be chosen via a random selection website by the owner of X-Road Fitness.
7.2 Draw to take place at X-Road Fitness, Edwardstown.
7.3 If the winner does not contact and respond to X-Road Fitness within 30 days of announcement, the owner will choose another winner at random.
8. Winner Announcement
The winners will be announced publicly, and personally as soon as practicable either before or after the date of the public announcement.
9. Winning Entry Details
9.1 The name of the winner will be announced on X-Road Fitness social page (Facebook and Instagram)
10. The Prize
10.1 The winner will receive either one 6-month membership including access to all daily gym classes and gym door pass or if they are a current member they will have the choice between a 6-month membership or $500 cash.
10.2 This includes the ability to bring a friend for free on Saturdays, like all regular members and the ability to refer a friend and receive 1 free month added to their 6 month free membership.
10.3 The value of the 6-month membership is: $450 + gym door pass
10.4 No cash alternative or alternative prize can be offered. The prize cannot be transferred to another person.
10.5 The prizes will be dispatched to the winner in the week following the winning announcement.
10.6 The winner has 6 months to redeem their prize. If they do not redeem it within 6 months of announcement, they can not redeem their 6 free months.
11. Winner Publicity
11.1 Entrants accept that, if they win, X-Road Fitness will have the right, without additional payment or permission, to use their social media handle to promote the winning of the competition.
12. Data Privacy
12.2 X-Road Fitness may contact you (including by email, SMS, telephone, or such other means) for marketing purposes.
12.3 X-Road Fitness will not pass your email address to third parties for marketing purposes.
13. General
13.1 By submitting their entry, Competition entrants will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these Terms.
13.2 The Competition and these Terms will be governed by Australian law and any disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
